A Sad Goodbye to Emilio - by Patty Mooney

The Triplets: Emilio, Nico and Lonnie

We are all suffering a stunned silence right now, after learning that our across-the-street neighbor, one of the triplets we have known for ten years, Emilio, passed away last night in his sleep. Every one of these boys has been like a comet, a burst of energy zooming in and out of our sphere, as they matured from boys to men in the time we have known them. All three of these talented triplets have been singing, dancing and performing in theater musicals for many years, bringing joy and laughter to those who have had the opportunity to see their work. We all thought they were clearly candidates for "America's Got Talent."

I thought it would be nice to share a youtube video called "Rama Lama" in which they all perform, as an homage to our friend, Emilio Ramirez, who would have turned 20 on July 24. Emilio, we will all miss your exuberance and your loving smile.

I am speechless at the loss of someone so talented, promising and bright. While I did not have the honor of having Emilio as a student, I did have the pleasure of having his brother Lonnie who was a delight. Please know that my prayers go out to your and your family at this difficult time.

I too am at a loss for words. I delighted in watching the Ramirez brothers perform and just saw Emilio perform at Christmas and he was as awesome as ever. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and his brothers; although they were three, they often walked as one and supported each other like no one else could.

Love,
Mrs. Regas

I am so deeply deeply saddened by this, Emilio was one of the greatest talented kindest kids, I had a privelage of knowing and he did not deserve this, he had his whole life in front of him, makes us think even more that tomorrow is not promised and even more so awakens us to the sickos out there, its harsh when it directly affects us. RIP Emilio and too his brothers I am so sorry for your loss, I too lost my dad a few years ago and so I know what its like to expirence such a devasity just take one day at a time.

I can not imagine what could have gone so wrong in the life of such a beutiful, vivacious person. I know the triplets only as aquaintences, but every time I have seen or talked to them, their personalities and kindess shine. They probably have no idea how my child admires their work in theater or views them as role models. May his brothers as well as the rest of his family find comfort in their faith and the peace that only time can bring.

This is a sad time for everyone. Though he only lived for 19 years, he made an impact in many lives. He reflected God's love in everday of his life.
My mother passed away 7 months ago, at the age of 47.
Find comfort in God, and no one will ever forget Emilio and his life. It may never seem to get easier, it takes time. Be strong and rest under His hands.

AAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH. I can't stand, I just can't stand, the losses of these young, vibrant, smiling, gorgeous, ALIVE young guys. Oh! Man! There! Is! Nowhere! To! Put! The! Grief!!!! I'm a mother; I'm a mother of 2 sons, both in Emilio's age proximity; all I can ever do is go hug my own boys and PAY ATTENTION to them, every moment, every exchange. I'm so saddened by this.

May Gods Blessing be a comfort to you all in knowing that one day you will all meet in Heaven.
Honor his memory in living the best life you can as he would want you all to. I don't know your family personaly, but we all have the same Father in Heaven and are therefor linked through His son, Our Savior Jesus Christ.

Although I did not know the Ramirez family personally,I do remember seeing the boys at church each sunday. Having lost my son my heart goes out to the entire Ramirez Family.
May God be with them during this difficult time.

Words cannot explain how saddened I am to hear of our loss of Emilio. I met him for the first time when he was about 3 years old--at the old Exxon gas station at Lake Murray & Navajo. His mother noticed by bumper stick that said "Triplets are Terrific" and introduced me to these three angels. I watched these boys grow and mature and was honored to have known Emilio. May he rest in peace in God's arms. Love, Karen Blevins (mother of "the other San Carlos Triplets")
